Koren founded Alchemy Tribe and Alchemy Wellness Project.
As a mentor, coach , fitness instructor, business owner, mother, wife, friend……Koren wears many hats and shares the profound benefits of life’s challenges and how to overcome life’s chaos.
Having overcome her own personal health challenges, negative belief systems and business challenges her guidance serves as a beacon for those seeking connection and empowering individuals to navigate their personal challenges with ease and purpose. She empowers individuals to embrace change and adversity as opportunities for growth and transformation.
Koren mentors clients with the mindset and strategies needed to thrive amidst uncertainty and change. She also coaches individuals on how to achieve overall health and wellbeing through personalized programs worldwide and customized meal prep service amongst the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

Alchemy Wellness Project envisions empowering and transforming the lives of adults, teens and youth by providing support for their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health and wellbeing.
